The Swanton community wants to
welcome your baby with a
Free Gift
and some helpful
information for you!
 Welcome Infant is offered to all families in Franklin County with a newborn. The program's primary contact is through In a Family Way, a prenatal education program that all pregnant women delivering babies at the Northwestern Medical Center visit 5 times throughout their pregnancy, and then again at 2-3 weeks post partum. 

Welcome Infant Bags are given as our way to welcome your little one into the world. You will receive your bag at the Northwestern Medical Center following the birth of your baby. Should your baby be born in another hospital or at home, please contact Grace at 868-5670 so that she may get your bag to you.
